Prior to balloon dog he worked for WPP as HSBC’s North American General Manager and Global Direct/Digital Client Director, overseeing 36 key markets, including the UK, US and Hong Kong. His extensive experience includes UK stalwarts such as Prudential, Natwest, Marks & Spencer and UNICEF, while on the global stage he has worked with Shell, T-Mobile and General Motors. James used to keep goal for Derby County FC Youth Team, despite being a lifelong Nottingham Forest supporter. |

Greig McCallum, Strategic Managing PartnerGreig is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our clients’ brands. A qualified accountant and marketer, his background ranges from retail strategy projects with McKinsey & Co to agencies such as TBWA, G2 and The Engine Group. He is also a trained and experienced moderator, and has hosted numerous innovation/NPD sessions for clients, including GM, GSK, Lloyds TSB and BMW. Incredibly, Greig was deemed ‘not Scottish-sounding enough’ for local independent radio in his formative years and so missed out on a plum job as a presenter. We can barely make out a word he says now, so Lord knows how Scottish you needed to be to get the job. |

Cordell Burke, Creative Managing PartnerCordell leads the conception, development and execution of our creative output. Named as one of the top DM Creative Directors in the UK, his work on clients such as IBM, American Express and BT, has won awards including Cannes, DMA, Campaign Direct and Creative Circle. His previous experience includes roles as Group Creative Partner for OgilvyOne and Executive Creative Director of TEQUILA\London. Though he playfully dismisses it as misspent youth, Cordell was well known at art college for being a drummer in a punk band. |
