Disney On Ice

Last week, Anna and Natalie attended a celeb filled party to celebrate the London launch of our client Feld Entertainment’s latest Disney On Ice show. Arranged and hosted by our friends at Instinct PR, the party took place at the flagship Disney Store on Oxford Street.

The lovely Stacey Solomon is the tour’s celeb ambassador and took all her family along to enjoy the celebrations. Other celebrities in attendance included Nicola Mclean, Chelsy Healy and Chantelle Houghton as well as journalists from Glamour, Sunday Telegraph, The Sun, The Mail, Closer, Heat and Fabulous.

It must be love

And so the winner is……………………………………………………………

Greig McCallum with the following entry;

“When Hugh Hefner said he was sending round a bunny, I expected someone taller. But you’ll do.”

A special mention and award for illiteracy also goes to Scott Deakin for this little gem!

“Dumb and Dummer”

Well done to both our winners – please go and collect your prizes.

Will the real Leyton Orient please stand up…

Leyton_orient_203x152

So, Mr Hearn has asked for the confirmation of West Ham as the preferred tenant of the 2012 Olympic Stadium to be delayed as "Leyton Orient has been in existence for 130 years and by any stretch of the imagination we are the incumbent club.”

So, that’ll be the Leyton Orient who originally came from Clapton and moved to Leyton in 1937, only adopting the local name after the Second World War! Even then it only existed for about 20 years, as in 1966 they renamed themselves “Orient”. It wasn’t until 1987, and with pressure from the Leyton Orientear fanzine, that they reinstated the Leyton part of the club's name.

So, they’ve only actually been known as Leyton Orient for about 45 years out of the 130 years that our Barry refers to.

BTW: I do sympathise with Barry (as the gig should’ve gone to Tottenham Hotspur!)

Goats Cheese by Elizabeth

In France last weekend and in the middle of a mountain we came across this lovely artisan goats cheese factory.  So cute, so French….. who could say no?

 France

You could even choose the goat (ours was Elizabeth) whose milk made the cheese you bought.

 France Elizabeth

Delicious, though we got some funny looks going through security at the airport with bags full of goats cheese.

So fresh, so natural, so good – even our lovely clients at Pret would approve!
