In a typically innovative move, Rightmove, the UK’s largest property website, devised ‘Property Intelligence’ an online campaign aimed at helping sellers and landlords succeed by giving them detailed local market knowledge. To ensure the success of ‘Property Intelligence’ Rightmove asked balloon dog to create the online presence.
With ‘Property Intelligence’ being such a striking idea we knew it required an equally striking execution. We created a microsite introduced by a ‘Spooks’ style live action film portraying an agent on the hunt for property intelligence. Beyond this browsers are invited to choose their location before being taken on a virtual tour of it. As they progress they are continually offered local area property intelligence such as property price trends, rental market yields and property presentation tips.
Interactive, intelligent and visually arresting, both Rightmove and balloon dog are delighted with what has been jointly achieved, and we’re confident that it will deliver impressive results.
