With the agency being busy, busy, busy we decided an afternoon of water, foam and inflatables was the perfect way to get a little executive relief!

Cue Balloon Dog's very own version of 'Its a Knock Out'. With three teams gunning for the "Knock Out" title you could have cut the atmosphere with a rusty butter knife and as you can see from the pics there was laughter, tears and only a handful of injuries (although Will's role as Rudolf in Croydon rep's production of 'Santa Claus and Rudolf Ride Again' seems set to be a shoe-in!).

Thanks to Frannie and Sally for organising the event. It was a knock out as usual!!

I know it's insane and an example of London life gone mad but the latest craze in London's spa sector is to plunge your feet into a tank of fish and let them nibble away for half an hour, finally pulling them out all glowing, puffy and baby soft.

We're up for anything that involves sitting down, being pampered and are generally ticklish here at balloon dog so we gave it a go at Aqua Sheko in Kensington 

It is (1) tickly (2) kind of barff-inducing at first and (3) ultimately lovely. Your feet really DO come out baby soft. And once you get over the initial freak-out moment, it seems to make perfect sense. Needless to say, the poeple at Aqua Sheko were lovely and made the whole thing very enjoable.

But – be warned – the little fish do get full and need a rest for nibbling corns all day. They guy next to us popped his feet in and the fish all legged it. He felt rejected and unwanted when, in reality, it was just that his fish were already stuffed full of other people'sfeet!

Worth a try – if, perhaps, only until the next crazy fad comes along.
