To simplify a complex financial deal, we created an eye-catching construct to drive brokers to sign up to a B2B loyalty scheme. Broker deals can be difficult to digest, so it was essential the creative was interesting and related directly to the positioning: 'Discover a better deal from Aviva for independent brokers'.

As a way of making sure Aviva's brokers felt valued, we designed and implemented a welcome pack to an invitation-only broker's club, Club 110. It was essential that the brochure looked intriguing while containing all the information members needed and being practical so recipients would keep it and use it for reference.

Broker CRM newsletter

As part of the Aviva rebrand, we created a monthly CRM newsletter. 'The Loop' is targeted at all Aviva brokers and contains practical opinion pieces and the latest broker news and views. As well as its 'real business' content, we made sure the newsletter reflected the look and feel of 'The Loop' online, which maximises online opportunities by driving traffic to the Aviva Broker website.
